The RoleStickerYou is seeking a Content Strategist to plan and execute high-impact content across key owned channels. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you’ll turn business priorities into clear, actionable content plans and bring them to life through sharp execution.
You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering our content and email marketing programs. This position suits someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—structuring ideas, collaborating on direction, and producing content that drives measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Calendar ManagementPartner with the Director of Product & Customer Marketing to develop and maintain content calendars across:
Blog and editorial content
SEO/GEO-driven content
Email and lifecycle marketing
Contribute proactive ideas, identify opportunities, and shape content direction.
Translate strategic goals into actionable content plans aligned with business priorities.
Ensure consistency and alignment across channels, campaigns, and key initiatives.
Blog, SEO/GEO ProgramCo-own the strategy and execution of the content pipeline.
Conduct keyword research to identify and prioritize content opportunities.
Create content briefs and write high-quality, optimized articles and landing pages.
Continuously update and improve existing content to grow traffic, engagement, and rankings.
Email & Lifecycle MarketingBuild and refine the email content calendar in partnership with marketing teams.
Plan and write content for promotional sends, product launches, and retention
campaigns.
Maintain coherent messaging across email and on-site touchpoints.
Content Creation & ExecutionWrite and edit compelling content for blogs, email, and website.
Uphold a consistent brand voice across all communications.
Use AI tools to boost quality, efficiency, and scale in content development.
Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor and analyze content performance (traffic, rankings, engagement).
Use data insights to refine plans, test ideas, and optimize results.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
Cross-Functional CollaborationTranslate product features into customer-focused messaging with Product Managers.
Support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives with strategic content.
What You BringMust Have3-5 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or similar roles.
Proven writing and editing skills across long- and short-form content.
Experience building and managing editorial calendars.
Strong grasp of SEO/GEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, content hierarchy).
Background in email/lifecycle marketing content.
Ability to turn strategic goals into clear execution plans.
Familiarity with AI content tools and workflows.
Analytical mindset; experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Nice to HaveExperience in e-commerce or SMB-focused marketing, ideally with exposure to shifting content strategy from consumer to business audiences.
Exposure to CRO and website content optimization.
Background in managing high-volume or fast-paced content programs.

Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid role at the StickerYou office located in Toronto, ON, with 3 days in office (Tue,Wed,Thu) and the rest of the days fully remote.
