About this role
- Chef De Partie (CDP) required in a restaurant located in Wicklow.
- Applicant must have over 2 years high level experience.
- Applicant must be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a busy restaurant.
- Applicant must deliver consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received.
- Also ensure the highest standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- Must be fluent in English.
