Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)Supporting mobility and helping with transfers using hoists or other aidsObserving and reporting changes in patients' conditionsProviding companionship and emotional support to residentsAssisting nurses and other healthcare professionals with care dutiesEnsuring a clean and safe environment for residentsRequirements: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – minimum of 2 modules completed, including Care Skills and Care of the ElderlyPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKind, compassionate, and patient-centered approachAbility to work well as part of a teamEligibility to work in IrelandBenefits: Flexible shifts (day, night, and weekend shifts available)Competitive pay ratesCareer development opportunitiesSupportive and friendly working environmentHow to Apply: If you are passionate about providing quality care, we would love to hear from you.
