About this role
As a production employee, you work in a team to produce and fill products. You rotate weekly between the morning shift (06:00 – 14:30) and the afternoon/evening shift (14:30 – 23:00).Each day you help prepare materials, set up equipment, and ensure products are packed correctly.- Collect and prepare raw materials- Weigh and mix chemicals- Filter products and take samples- Fill and package products- Set up and operate production equipment- Prepare batch documentation and labels- Keep the workspace clean and safe- Motivated and eager to learn- Work accurately and follow safety instructions- Reliable and independent, but also a team player- Good command of the English language- Experience in production, logistics, or technology is an advantage
