Bundles Recipes Recently viewed Clear We are looking for a Lead Operator - 3 shifts (Full-time 37.5 hours) You know how a production line runs. But you also see what it takes to keep a team running well. As a Lead Operator, you are right in the middle of the production floor of our dry plant, where our herbs and spices are packaged at the end of the production process. Together with your team, you ensure the lines keep running, the quality is correct, and everyone knows what needs to be done. You are the first point of contact for the operators on your shift. You start up the shift, distribute the work, maintain an overview, and step in when things don't go according to plan. Colleagues also look to you first in the event of a breakdown. You don't need to know every machine inside and out, but technical insight and experience with production machinery are important.
