You will translate our sustainability ambitions into practical programmes and initiatives across an international, decentralized manufacturing organization. You combine a structured consulting approach with an understanding of engineering, manufacturing and organizational change. You know how to create direction and consistency while leaving room for local ownership and entrepreneurship.
