Primary Menu Primary Menu Job Opening: Finance + HR Manager (part-time, 16-24 hours) Since our launch in September 2016, we have been working on a unique proposition in the legal landscape. Who are we looking for? You enjoy variety in your work, and you get energy from organizing. You dive into our numbers, take care of the invoicing and process the purchase invoices. In short, you make sure that we have our affairs in order.
In addition, you are the hub of the web when it comes to the most important factor within our office: our people. You help with conducting and processing performance appraisal conversations, you are the point of contact for HR policy, and you signal what our LEAN-ers need to be happy in their work.
What are we thinking of in terms of qualifications? The financial, HR spin in the web that, together with us, is going to change the legal landscape. Someone with the LEAN DNA, with an eye for relationships and - a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a financial administration (experience with working in Exact is a plus) - experience in or affinity with HR - good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written) - in 'possession' of the LEAN DNA - Proactive, strong in communication and relationship-building. - a focus on sustainability and our core values as a B Corp-certified law firm Do you recognize yourself in this?
