What will you be working on?
- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work in a small close-knit technical team and play a key role in supporting customers and internal stakeholders worldwide.
- You will develop deep expertise in Twin Disc's legacy products, including electronic controls and land-based and marine transmissions, and be at the forefront of solving complex technical challenges that directly impact customer operations.
- In this role, you are responsible for analyzing and resolving equipment malfunctions, supervising installations, commissioning and overhauls, and providing hands-on technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
- You also develop and deliver technical training, contribute to service manuals and technical documentation, and initiate and follow up on field investigations, ensuring continuous improvement of products, processes and customer satisfaction.
