- What you'll be doing As Distributor Market Lead you drive all activities related to distributor selection, onboarding, transition, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- You are responsible for transition planning, TSA management, and successful market cutover.
Furthermore, you will, among other things, be:
- Developing route-to-market strategies for distributor-led geographies
- Assessing market opportunities and recommending optimal distributor structures
- Defining commercial, operational, and capability requirements for prospective distributors
- Supporting contract negotiations and commercial agreement development
- Ensuring distributor appointments are completed in accordance with project timelines and governance requirements.
- Coordinating activities across Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, HR, and local market teams
- Acting as the central point of contact for distributor market activities, facilitating decision-making, and resolving cross-functional issues
