Over de functie
- Make sure everything runs smoothly within one of the distribution center departments, such as Receiving, Shipping, or Returns
- Coordinate and motivate your team on the floor, stepping in where needed
- Allocate staff effectively, especially during busy periods like in the Fruit & Vegetables department
- Ensure stores receive products on time and in full by maintaining workflow and quality
- Step in as the point of contact and leader when the team leader is away
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, sometimes in a cooled environment like the Fresh department
