High-Level Overview:

The CS Support groups play a vital role in the Benevity ecosystem, dedicated to enhancing the experiences of client administrators, end-users, and non-profits globally. We are deeply committed to fostering positive change through our 'Goodness Ecosystem,' supporting remarkable companies, individual donors, and causes in making a significant impact.

In line with our mission to deliver exceptional experiences, we're looking for a Managed Services Coordinator who is enthusiastic about providing quality service, achieving our service level goals, and continually refining our processes.

What you'll do:

Ensures data meets client standards and policies for approval

Addresses discrepancies through established communication methods

Returns any incomplete documents to the submitter as needed

Demonstrates a proactive and efficient approach to workload management

Monitors service levels and keeps management updated on client queue statuses

Develops tailored documentation, presentations, and training for the team

Analyzes data to spot trends in match and volunteer submissions, recommending operational or user experience enhancements to leadership

Responds to client employees' inquiries via email regarding submission declines

Performs administrative tasks as directed by management

What you'll bring:

Strong English comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-driven with the ability to excel independently on task-oriented projects

Skilled in computer and technology use

Fundamental mathematical abilities

Problem-solving skills, especially for unexpected issues

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail, identifying discrepancies and errors in data

Aptitude for recognizing patterns in numerous transactions

Efficient time management capabilities

Focus and concentration, even on repetitive tasks

Patience in work processes

Multilingual abilities are highly valued
