- What You'll Do as a Talent Acquisition Data and Insights Manager In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets.
Here's a flavour of your day-to-day
- Act as the subject matter expert for recruitment systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters), partnering with technology and process teams to optimise workflows, enhance usability, and support automation and AI capabilities.
- Establish and maintain robust data structures within ATS and related tools, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective use of recruitment data for reporting and analytics.
- Develop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting with data and product teams, providing visibility into key recruitment metrics and measuring the impact of AI and automation on hiring outcomes.
