About the role
Our client, an international real estate investor and operator with a substantial portfolio in the Netherlands, is looking for a Junior Transaction & Valuation Analyst. In this role you support the transaction and valuation activities of the Dutch business. You contribute to the analysis and modelling of potential acquisitions and disposals, maintain transaction and valuation information, and support valuation, financing, development and strategic management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and model potential property acquisitions and disposals
- Prepare and maintain financial models and transaction presentations
- Support the full valuation process, including communication and coordination with external valuers and auditors
- Maintain and update the transaction pipeline and valuation database
- Participate in development projects, financing processes and strategic management matters
- Implement and perform periodic controls of relevant internal processes
- Provide financial and analytical support to transaction and valuation activities
Your profile
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a comparable discipline
- Relevant internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, investment analysis, corporate finance or a related field is preferred
- Experience preparing financial models and analytical presentations is beneficial
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good understanding of financial modelling and valuation principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to analyse information accurately and present findings clearly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
