As Financial Analyst you play a key role in monitoring the financial performance of a real estate investment fund. You sit at the intersection of finance, legal and asset management, which gives you a 360-degree view of how real estate value is created and sustained. You will analyse financial performance, build and maintain financial models, prepare reports and support investor relations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the real estate investment fund
- Build and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
- Prepare fund reporting, investor reports and performance presentations
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and risk analysis
- Act as a liaison between internal departments (transactions, asset management, finance, legal) and external stakeholders
- Support legal and regulatory compliance for fund operations and governance
- Propose process improvements to make financial reporting and fund operations more efficient
Your profile Essential
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in fund management or finance, ideally within real estate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
- Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and compliance
