What will you do? As a Technical Specialist at TKH Security, you're responsible for resolving faults, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and updating software, including reporting. You provide phone and/or on-site support to customers and solve their complex technical issues.
With your curiosity, you quickly get to the heart of a problem, and thanks to your interest in and experience with video management, CCTV and/or access control systems, you solve issues with ease and help our customers in the best possible way. You plan service visits based on the agreements (SLA) made with the customer. In short, you're the Technical Specialist our customers can rely on.
