Bundles Recipes We are looking for an All-Round Marketer (Part-time/Full-time 32-37.5 hours) Which promotion works with which retailer? When do you introduce which product range? And how do you translate brand and category plans into activations that are not only visible, but also deliver actual results? As a Shopper & Trade Marketeer Retail, you maintain an overview of all commercial activations within our Dutch retail market. You combine organizing and execution with analysis. You look at how a promotion performed, draw conclusions from it, and use those insights to improve the next activation.
This position at Verstegen Verstegen works with almost all major Dutch retailers. This means that there are continuously ongoing promotions, launches, relaunches, and other shopper activations. You ensure that there is clarity and consistency throughout. You translate brand and category plans into concrete in-store and online activations. Think of promotions, displays, POS materials, shelf communication, and cooking demonstrations. You also monitor the schedule, coordinate with various colleagues and retailers, and ensure that everything comes together at the right time.
But you look beyond just the execution. Using customer and market data, you analyze the results of activations. Which mechanism works? During which period? With which product range? Based on this, you advise the Category Development Managers and help us continuously substantiate our choices more effectively.
