What you will do
As a Foreman at Bouter Bouw, you will manage the daily activities on the construction site. You translate the project plan into clear tasks, coordinate employees and subcontractors and monitor progress, quality and safety. You are the first point of contact on site and work closely with the Project Manager and Work Planner. When circumstances change or technical challenges arise, you act quickly and find a practical solution without losing sight of the schedule or the required level of quality.
