THE ROLE
There are two product managers at this company:one focused on the customer-facing side - the app, the website, and the patient experience. You're the other one. Your world is thebackend: the internal systems that connect medical teams, pharmacy, logistics, finance and operations, making sure everything workstogether smoothly and at scale. You work closely with engineering, use data to spot where things slow down, and make sure everything built is secure and compliant. Youreport directly to the CTO and have real impact on how tens of thousands of people experience their care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on back-office or operational platforms, ideally in healthcare oranother heavily regulated environment Strong at turning complex business needs into a clear vision, roadmap and well-defined requirements Data-driven and pragmatic, comfortable making trade-offs in a fast-moving scale-up Able to navigate compliance constraints without losing momentum Strong stakeholder management and able to influence without formal authority Fluent in EnglishARBEIDSVOORWAARDEN Salary up to €8.000 per month based on experience 25 vacation days plus 20 days to work from abroad Hybrid working with 2 fixed days in Rotterdam and full flexibility the rest of the week Brand new office in central Rotterdam Short lines to ...
