We have brought the building under our control and are now actively developing the property and its hospitality operations into the next chapter of YOUNG.Hospitality. This creates a unique opportunity: within one hotel building, we are developing three flagship locations for our hospitality brands, together with the hotel's daily breakfast operation. We are not looking for someone simply to manage an existing restaurant. We are looking for someone who wants to build something from the ground up, take genuine ownership and be accountable for the results.
