This is what we offer you

As a Back Office Associate, you're the one who makes sure everything is in order. Is a new temporary employee's personnel file complete? Is the correct contract ready? And if a temporary employee calls with a question about their pay stub, you're the one who explains it. You'll work closely with the recruitment and account management teams: they place the temporary workers, and you handle everything afterward. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Complete and verify personnel files for temporary workers: ID verification, contract, and payroll information
- Processing contracts, renewals, and phasing in accordance with the NBBU collective bargaining agreement
- Processing hours and assisting with payroll in Easyflex
- Answering temporary workers' payroll questions and explaining pay stubs...
