About this role
You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities as an Operator 2 shifts include:- Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.- Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards.- Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician).- Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process. You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times:- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30- Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.We're looking for dedicated, driven, and reliable individuals with an eye for quality.
In addition:- You have an affinity for technology and production processes.- You enjoy working in a team-focused environment.- HACCP certificates.- You remain calm and solution-oriented, even during busy times.- You're comfortable working in a cold environment and receiving compensation for it.
