Meet the team!We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own content-led growth for Preply Business — combining content strategy, technical SEO, and AI discoverability to turn organic traffic into qualified pipeline.

As a Growth Specialist, you will have real autonomy, direct revenue impact, and the chance to shape how a category-defining company grows in an era where LLMs are rapidly reshaping how buyers discover products.

Preply Business buyers are increasingly discovering our platform through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude rather than a Google SERP. We’re looking for an expert to help us win in this new landscape.

In this role, you'll help define what "winning in AI search" means for Preply Business: building authoritative, structured, LLM-readable content; identifying where Preply should (and does) appear in AI-generated responses; and creating a systematic approach to improving our presence in these new discovery surfaces. This is new territory for us and you'll help write the playbook.

You'll sit at the intersection of:

Content & SEO → qualified traffic and discoverability (search + AI)

GEO & AI Search → building Preply Business's presence in LLM-generated answers

Growth & Conversion → turning traffic into pipeline through experimentation and continuous optimisation

What you'll be doing:Drive organic growthBuild and execute a content & SEO roadmap focused on pipeline, not just volume

Own our GEO strategy across onsite and offsite surfaces: structure content for LLM discoverability onsite, and build Preply's presence in AI-generated answers through offsite signals like Reddit, G2, and brand mentions

Identify high-impact opportunities across traditional search and LLM ecosystems, and systematically improve how Preply shows up in both

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AirOps) to scale high-quality content without sacrificing editorial standards

Own landing pages & conversion journeysCreate and optimize landing pages, use case pages, and conversion paths

Improve CTAs, UX, and messaging to drive demo bookings and self-serve conversions

Run A/B tests to increase conversion rates across the funnel

Support self-serve & B2B growthIdentify and optimize pathways that convert individual users into B2B leads

Improve product discoverability and onboarding entry points

Measure impactDefine and run experiments, testing hypotheses across content, landing pages, and conversion flows

Own Organic and LLM inbound performance: MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution are your north-star metrics

Use GA4, Looker, and Search Console to identify opportunities and prioritize work

What you need to succeed:Experience in growth, SEO, or content marketing in a B2B SaaS, PLG, or fast-growing tech environment

A real understanding of GEO / LLM discoverability — how content gets surfaced in AI-generated answers and what it takes to influence that

Solid SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, content architecture, technical basics, and link signals

Data-driven mindset with a bias toward testing, iteration, and raising the bar

Strong cross-functional instincts — you love building with others (Product, Data, Performance Mktg, Sales), and you know that deep collaboration accelerates your impact
