As an employee custom-made soles and lasts you are responsible for the manufacture and assembly of high-quality soles and lasts for our shoes.

You will perform the following tasks

• Manufacture of orthotics and lasts to specifications and quality standards.
• Assembling (support) soles and lasts correctly.
• Checking the quality of manufactured (support) soles and lasts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production. What you will bring as an Employee custom-made soles and lasts fabrication.
• You have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the footwear industry.
• You are handy and have an eye for detail.
• You can work both independently and in a team.
• You are flexible and willing to work two evenings a week.
• You have good communication skills.
