As a part-time Operations Director, you will (help) turn strategy and good intentions into clear priorities, consistent action and sustainable results.
Venlo, most likely 2 days per week.
This is an operational leadership role, not a recruitment or consulting position.
- Your tasks as Operations Director In this position, you will work closely with Pieter, who founded the company and currently manages the team.
- You will join the team with the (shared) responsibility to make Treasurer Search more effective.
- You lead the process in which we will be creating clearer priorities, translating them into action and ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Together, we will pursue our growth ambition from a stronger foundation.
More specifically, you will:
- Listen to the team, understand the business and identify the real bottlenecks. Manage people and performance, using data and analytics to identify together what needs to improve.
- Manage and own the process in which the team and (all) individual colleagues turn ambitions into practical plans.
- Create a clear rhythm for priorities, ownership, actions and follow-up.
- Help the organisation and its members discover what works, remove inefficiencies and stay focused.
- Support people in finding and deploying their strengths, increasing ownership and improving performance.
- Act as Pieter's key operational sparring partner as he focuses on external relationships and selected senior and group treasurer assignments.
- Help build and lead a stable, robust and future-proof organisation that can grow when performance and quality support it.
