Production Operator (30-38 Hours per Week) Technology, Quality and Process Control Would you like to work in a modern industrial bakery where millions of bakery products are produced every week? The Role
The Technical Backbone of the Production Process As a Production Operator at Bakkerij Braas, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring and adjusting production lines within our bakery. You ensure that the production process operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with the required quality standards. Working with modern production lines and equipment, you play a key role in maintaining product quality, food safety and operational continuity. Thanks to your technical expertise and proactive mindset, you are able to identify and resolve deviations before they impact the production process.
What Will You Do?
- Set up, start up and change over production lines.
- Monitor and adjust production processes and machine settings.
- Perform quality checks on products, raw materials and process parameters.
- Identify, analyse and resolve production process deviations.
- Carry out first-line maintenance and basic technical tasks.
- Resolve minor equipment issues and involve Technical Services when more complex support is required.
- Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials and production resources.
- Record production data, quality measurements and operational deviations.
- Work in accordance with HACCP, IFS, quality, safety and company procedures.
