Offshore Insulation Technician Ready for a new offshore challenge? We are looking for an Offshore Insulation Technician to insulate pipework and technical installations on offshore facilities.
What will you do?
- As an Offshore Insulation Technician, you carry out insulation work on offshore facilities, including production platforms and energy installations at sea.
- You work on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation, staying at the offshore location during your assignment.
- You insulate pipework, valves, vessels, tanks and other technical installations, using thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant insulation techniques to support energy efficiency, process safety and reliability.
- Previous insulation experience is essential.
- Offshore experience is not required, but you must be willing to obtain the necessary offshore safety certificates.
What do you bring?
- Vocational (MBO) working and thinking level
- Experience insulating pipes and working with Armaflex
- A valid VCA Basic Safety certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Offshore certificates, or willingness to obtain them
