- Your roleAs a fulltime HR Manager, you are responsible for the full HR policy at the location.
- You will work closely with the local management team (Plant Manager and Controller) as well as the international HR team within EMEA.
- (Strong English communication skills are essential.) You combine strategic insight with hands-on execution and contribute to a positive, safe, and future-oriented work environment.
- Your responsibilities include:- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives- Recruitment & selection, performance management, learning & development, absence management, and compensation & benefits- Managing relationships with the Works Council and trade unions- Leading an HR colleague (responsible for personnel administration & payroll)- Actively contributing to international HR projects and harmonization initiatives- Promoting employee engagement and satisfaction- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal guidelines- Preparing HR reports and analysesIn this role, you will have the exciting challenge of shaping the HR department to your vision.

- For this, the following is highly valued:- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 10 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment- Knowledge of Dutch labor legislation and experience with employee representation- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
