For our client, we are looking for motivated production employees who enjoy hands-on work and want to create a quality finished product together with an enthusiastic team! What will you do? As a production employee, you will ensure that customers' orders are processed carefully and meet the required quality standards. Your tasks are varied and may include:
- Packing and packaging different products;
- Scanning and processing orders;
- ✅ Carrying out quality checks;
- ⚙ Performing basic production tasks on machines. ⏰ Working hours
- From week 43 up to and including week 04, you will work a three-shift schedule:
- 06:00-14:00
- ☀ 14:00-22:00 - 22:00-06:00
- The shift schedule runs from Sunday to Friday.
- Additional work on Saturdays may be available in November and December.
- The contract runs until January 2027 at the latest.
What do we ask of you?
- You are available for 32-40 hours per week;
- You enjoy working as part of a team;
- You speak Dutch and/or English;
- You are flexible regarding working hours;
- A driving licence is an advantage.
What do we offer?
- An hourly wage of €15.25, excluding shift allowances, with listed rates of 125%, 150%, 175% and 200%, 25 days of annual leave based on full-time employment, 8% holiday allowance and a 1% one-off payment;
- Allowances in accordance with the Grafimedia collective labour agreement;
- A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for distances from 10 kilometres, if you live in private accommodation and do not use our transport;
- The possibility of accommodation through our employment agency;
- Personal support and direct communication;
