For a client in the Nieuw-Vennep area, we are looking for a Powder Coaterwith an eye for quality. You will apply protective coatings to agricultural machinery parts. Your work gives components a professional finish and helps protect them during intensive use. What will you do? You will work in the powder coating department, contributing to each stage of the process - from preparing components to checking the finished coating.
Your tasks include
- Applying powder coatings using a spray gun;
- Checking and replenishing powder and consumables;
- Preparing the coating equipment for colour changes;
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining the baths in the rinsing tunnel;
- Preparing components by blowing off dust and masking areas that must remain uncoated;
- Checking hanging fixtures and component quality;
- Hanging, removing, packing and stacking components;
- Keeping your workplace safe, clean and organised.
Who are we looking for? You have technical understanding and care about a well-finished product. You work accurately and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
You also bring
- Practical skills and understanding at Dutch VMBO level;
- An accurate approach and an eye for improvement;
- Initiative and a proactive attitude;
- Flexibility when handling different tasks;
- A willingness to work closely with colleagues;
- Preferably, a Poedercoaten A powder coating certificate.
