Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and coordinating customer orders.
- Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, whilst monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and track shipments while updating order statuses in the system.
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers regarding deliveries, shipping schedules, and order updates to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Assist with customer and supplier queries, helping to resolve shipping, delivery, and fulfillment issues promptly while providing excellent service and support.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail.
