Share your talents As our business continues to grow globally, we are looking for an IT Administration Specialist who helps keep our financial and administrative IT processes clear, accurate and running smoothly.
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise IT team within Tech & Data and work closely with the Tech & Data Financial Control team. You will create purchase orders, follow-up on invoices, handle hardware allocations and procurement-related administration across the department. Your work helps create better insight into costs, improves processes and supports colleagues across head offices and retail operations. This is a new role with room to shape the way we work and make a visible impact from day one.
In this role, you will
- Support procurement and financial administration processes within Tech & Data
- Check whether purchase orders are set up correctly according to Finance, procurement and Tech & Data standards
- Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on invoices and support suppliers with payment-related questions
- Administer bulk purchases and assign IT hardware and assets to the correct entity or store
- Document and improve financial IT processes
- Support reporting, the annual budget cycle and support cost-saving initiatives based on spend trends.
