- Advise management and stakeholders on concern control, financial steering, and performance management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning; translate strategy into measurable KPIs.
- Monitor financial results and trends; analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and improve management reporting, dashboards, and control frameworks.
- Contribute to risk management, compliance, and internal control (e.g., policies, processes, audits).
- Perform business case reviews and investment appraisals; assess financial feasibility and impact.
- Collaborate with finance, BI, and business teams to standardize data, definitions, and reporting.
Required skills and qualifications
- Expertise: Financial control, planning & control cycles, management reporting, and governance.
- Analytical skills: Strong quantitative analysis, scenario modeling, and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder management: Able to advise and challenge constructively across seniority levels.
- Communication: Clear reporting and presentation skills in a complex organization.
- Tools: Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems and BI/reporting tools.
- Education: Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or equivalent experience).
