We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Grid. ALM is responsible for managing the bank's balance sheet, including interest rate & liquidity risk, and funds transfer pricing (FTP).
The ALM Grid supports this mission by delivering the data, tools, and technology needed for informed decision-making and risk management. In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary Agile DevOps team to enhance ALM data processes and applications, delivering insights and reporting to stakeholders ranging from senior management and business units to regulators. Your job As a Business Developer in IRR, you act as an investigator who carries out thorough analysis, understands products and risk metrics.
You translate complex ALM challenges and business requirements into practical, value-driven solutions. You work on multiple projects where you initiate, improve, and implement the processes, systems and data. You use your analytical expertise to advise and influence stakeholders, helping shape the right solutions while working closely with IT engineers to deliver.
Your projects include
- Integrating new portfolios like NIBC into the models & risk reporting of the bank
- Deciphering legacy processes and migrating them to maintainable, efficient systems
- Creating dashboards in PowerBI to enable data-driven decision-making
- Support the implementation of new models and model updates in our risk management system QRM.
