Job description
We're on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic and energetic Legal Counsel for the close-knit Legal & Compliance team at Recharge.com based in Amsterdam, consisting of Marnix van Andel, a legal counsel and an interim compliance expert, you will get the opportunity to learn and gain new experience in a high-growth, truly international and digital company, where you will work on a broad spectrum of exciting matters on a daily basis. As business is exploring and navigating uncharted digital space, you will be challenged to creatively apply your legal and compliance expertise.
Good business acumen and commercial pragmatism is of the essence within our dynamic environment, while safeguarding compliance with the law. Next to working on IT contracts, you will be working on procurement contracts as well as maintaining agreements with payment service providers. Since Recharge also has the ambition to accelerate its growth in-organically through M&A, the support of acquisition projects is also in scope. You will report to and be a sparring partner of Marnix, and you will be working closely together with the colleagues in the commercial and finance department in the company.
