The role We are creating an operations function within the Nebius communications organisation to support our External Communications, People Communications, and Sustainability teams. The operations team will help the whole communications organisation run more effectively, building the processes, tooling and coordination mechanisms that enable team members to focus on delivering an exceptional communications program.We are looking for someone to build this function. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will enjoy considerable autonomy and work closely with leaders across the communications organisation.
You will also manage the day-to-day work of the communications organisation's assistant, work closely with the Project Manager for AI adoption. As the function evolves, you may in time build out the operations team into a broader communications strategy and operations function This role be located from our HQ in Amsterdam on a Hybrid model
