Your new job | About your main responsibilities EY-Parthenon supports organizations in pursuing investments in organic or acquisitive growth and business improvements. This includes strategy development, operational transformations, restructurings, and guiding IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. By combining the broad experience within our team with analytical tools and techniques, and by collaborating closely with the global EY-Parthenon network, we help clients make well-founded decisions. We also support organizations in bringing their strategy, transaction, or transformation to life.

As a consultant, you will be involved from strategy to execution. Through our Graduate Program, you will rotate between various teams and disciplines within Strategy & Execution (S&E). This rotation allows you to work with different teams on a wide range of client challenges, contribute to the development of our practice, and discover where your interests and strengths lie. You will learn to translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Your day-to-day work may involve managing problem-solving processes, performing analytical activities, or acting as a bridge between team members, partners, or clients.
