For this next phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially astute CFO who thrives on building, improving and growing a business. Position As CFO, you will be the Founders' trusted financial partner and a key strategic adviser to the management team.
You will help translate commercial opportunities into profitable growth while building a professional, future-proof Finance function. You will bring structure and predictability without compromising the speed, agility and entrepreneurial culture that define STËLZ. Looking beyond Finance, you will be closely involved in commercial decisions, product launches, supply chain operations and international growth plans.
- Further professionalising the Finance function, financial planning & control, reporting and forecasting;
- Developing clear KPIs, dashboards and data-driven management information;
- Bringing a strong affinity with digitalisation, data and IT, combined with the ability to take a broader business perspective beyond Finance;
