Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid (Senior) Toezichthouder Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) Capital Markets Role purpose: Strengthen supervisory oversight of digital operational resilience within capital markets by assessing compliance with DORA and related ICT risk requirements, and by driving improvements in firms' resilience, governance, and third-party risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute supervisory reviews and thematic investigations focused on DORA, ICT risk management, and operational resilience.
- Assess governance, risk controls, incident management, testing, and business continuity/disaster recovery capabilities.
- Evaluate ICT third-party and outsourcing arrangements, including critical service providers and concentration risk.
- Review firms' policies, procedures, and evidence; identify gaps and define supervisory findings and remediation actions.
- Engage with regulated entities and stakeholders; communicate expectations, outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
- Contribute to supervisory strategy, guidance, and continuous improvement of methods and tools for DORA supervision.
Required skills and experience
- Experience in supervision, risk management, audit, or compliance within financial services, preferably capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of DORA and ICT/operational resilience domains (governance, controls, testing, incident response, BCM/DR).
