Accelerating genetic progress starts with a well-organized breeding process. As Process Supervisor Life Cycle Acceleration (LCA), you will coordinate and continuously improve rapid generation advancement and backcrossing programs that help bring improved vegetable varieties to growers around the world, faster. In this role, you combine project planning, process improvement, and people leadership, while working at the heart of Enza Zaden's breeding innovation.
Make adifferenceas Process Supervisor Life Cycle Acceleration (LCA) As Process Supervisor Life Cycle Acceleration (LCA), you will play a key role in accelerating Enza Zaden's breeding process. You will coordinate the operational execution of rapid generation advancement and backcrossing programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the required quality. Working closely with molecular breeders, LCA technicians, and R&D Operations colleagues across different departments and international LCA locations, you will connect planning, operations, and continuous improvement to help bring improved vegetable varieties to the market faster.
