Function As Head of Design, it is your job to create a commercial and creative plan for each new collection as a starting point for the designers. In the plan, you take into account the pre-sales and resale results, but also new developments in the market. In this way, you are partly responsible for the continuous success and growth of the brand. What are you going to do? As Head of Design, you are an expert in all facets of the design process. Your technical drawings and style sheets are worked out down to the last detail and no detail escapes you. With your creative eye and technical knowledge, you support and guide the design and development team, so that the quality of the collections is guaranteed and everything is neatly delivered to production.

- Guiding and coaching the design and development team
- Ensuring that the latest trends are implemented convincingly and commercially.
- Ensuring consistent collections that are commercially successful and in line with our brand values;
- Margin, quality, fit and delivery time of both samples and bulk productions
- To track and analyze the pre-sales and resale results and to act on them when necessary
