About the role
As a Graphic Designer at forpeople, you'll create the identities, systems and digital experiences that define our clients' brands and experiences. Working alongside Creative Leads, Associate Directors and multidisciplinary teams, you'll deliver creative work from early exploration through to implementation. You'll design identity systems, campaigns and digital experiences, bringing ideas to life through typography, layout, motion and emerging technologies to create work that lives across screens, spaces, products and services. We're looking for someone with excellent graphic design craft, growing conceptual confidence and a curiosity for what's next. Someone who's comfortable taking ownership of their work, contributing ideas with confidence and continually pushing both their thinking and execution further.
What your day might look like
- Delivering brand identities, visual identity systems and digital experiences across a range of projects and touchpoints
- Translating strategic thinking into compelling visual ideas and well-crafted design
- Taking ownership of defined deliverables from concept through to delivery
- Exploring and developing concepts through storyboarding, prototyping, AI and emerging creative tools to support research, ideation and creative exploration
- Designing and refining typography, layouts, visual systems and communication assets across digital and physical touchpoints
- Collaborating with Creative Leads, strategists, designers and writers throughout the creative process
- Building and presenting clear, well-crafted presentations to communicate ideas and work in progress, both internally and to clients
- Responding to feedback and iterating work with care and attention to detail
