Global Lead Innovation Insights & Foresight GLOBAL LEAD, INNOVATION INSIGHTS & FORESIGHT Amsterdam | Consumer Beauty | Permanent Contract As Global Lead, Innovation Insights & Foresight , you will shape how Coty anticipates the future of Color Cosmetics & Nails , identifying where the next sources of consumer and category growth will come from. Reporting to the Global Senior Director, Brand & Category Insights, Consumer Beauty , and sitting within the Strategic Business Operations organization, you will connect consumer understanding, cultural and trend intelligence, category foresight and innovation strategy to identify emerging needs and whitespace opportunities.
Working closely with Brand, Innovation, R&D and Strategic Business Operations teams, you will transform signals and insights into clear innovation territories, growth platforms and strategic recommendations , helping Coty make smarter choices today about where to play tomorrow. OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! In this role, you will help shape Coty's future innovation agenda and long-term growth pipeline across Color Cosmetics & Nails:
- Lead the global Innovation Insights & Foresight agenda , building a forward-looking perspective on consumers, culture, categories and market evolution.
- Identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs and whitespace opportunities with the potential to unlock future category growth.
- Translate foresight and consumer insights into innovation territories, growth platforms and actionable strategic opportunities .
- Partner with Brand, Innovation and R&D teams to shape future innovation priorities and support portfolio and pipeline decisions.
- Lead early-stage innovation learning , validating consumer needs, concepts, assumptions and opportunities to strengthen decision-making and reduce risk.
