- Lead the design and engineering activities for offshore wind, inter-array, export and interconnector cable systems.
- Provide technical support throughout project execution and tender activities.
- Review and verify cable system designs, calculations and supplier deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant industry standards such as IEC, ISO, DNV and CIGRE.
- Support cable ampacity studies, short-circuit assessments and electrical system evaluations.
- Verify cable type testing, qualification programmes and certification requirements.
- Contribute to technical risk assessments and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support technical clarifications during tender phases and provide engineering input for cost estimates and schedules.
- Assist manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Participate in FATs, mock-ups and offshore testing campaigns.
- Perform site visits and offshore assignments to support troubleshooting and project delivery.
- Contribute to HAZID, HAZOP, lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DEME's QHSES standards and safety culture.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
