Bewaar Project Manager - CapEx Hoofddorp | Engineering Project Management | CapEx | cGMP | FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ | Facilities Your new role As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical investment projects within a highly regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Hoofddorp. You will manage small to medium-sized CapEx projects from initial definition and feasibility through design, execution, qualification and final handover. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and in line with the required quality, technical and capital requirements.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading the full project lifecycle for equipment, facility and utility CapEx projects, from initial concept through to handover.
- Performing feasibility studies and developing technical proposals based on the agreed project scope.
- Developing detailed project plans and taking ownership of project execution.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams throughout the different project phases.
- Coordinating and supervising construction, installation and other technical project activities.
- Working closely with engineers, project sponsors, Quality, Manufacturing and other departments to develop business cases and justify capital investments.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, risks and dependencies, escalating issues and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Ensuring projects are executed in accordance with applicable cGMP, engineering and industry standards.
- Leading project risk assessments and defining appropriate mitigation plans.
- Preparing and presenting project updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensuring efficient transitions between project phases, including commissioning, qualification and final handover.
