- Manage and maintain several non-ERP applications, including HR and quality assurance systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Icologic, Ultimo, and Topdesk).
- Coordinate system changes, updates, and releases with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support end-users and key-users through documentation, guidance, and training.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of the application landscape.
Profiel van de manager
- Proven experience in application and functional management.
- Hands-on experience with HR and QA applications (experience with Icologic, Ultimo, and Topdesk is preferred).Familiarity with Oracle HCM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
