To drive its strategic goals forward, KNDS aims to further strengthen its Amsterdam headquarters with the addition of a Chief Group Compliance Officer pan-european defence Group You will be responsible for further developing and overseeing the Group compliance framework, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the General Counsel. As compliance authority, you will provide independent oversight and reporting to the Board and the Audit Committee. You will work closely with the established compliance teams in France and Germany, translating operational realities into effective group-level policies, reporting and insights. In doing so, you will strengthen a trusted compliance culture across the Group.
