- Core Responsibilities - Strategic Sourcing - Procurement Quality - High-Complexity Project Contracting - Supplier Performance Management - Relationship Management Functie-eisen - University of Applied Sciences or University-level (BSc or MSc) thinking and working level, preferably with a Procurement, Commercial, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management background.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Commercial Management, Contract Law, Supplier Markets, and major CAPEX projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing sourcing and contracting activities for large and complex industrial investment projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and international contractor markets.
- Experience with construction and engineering contracts, including UAV, NEC and/or FIDIC.
- Proficient in commercial analysis, technical cost drivers, continuous improvement, and contract risk management.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language is an advantage.
