- The Repairs Coordinator ensures smooth operations across Patagonia's European repair network by managing workflows, documentation, and relationships that enable timely, cost-effective, and high-quality repairs.
- The role contributes to Patagonia's repairs & circularity goals by promoting product longevity and responsible practices, while collaborating with repair centers, retail teams, logistics, and marketing to improve service consistency and operational efficiency.
- Your Main Tasks - Repair Center Coordination . Maintain strong relationships with external repair centers across Europe by aligning on throughput expectations, service quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent execution of Patagonia's repair processes. - Support the GRSM (Global Repair System Management) project manager into Repair center network roll-out plan. - Repair process integration.
