Cheese Production Operator - Alphen (NB) Cheese Production Operator Alphen (NB) | Production Organization Our client is a modern cheese dairy in the Alpen area (NB) that specializes in processing, packaging and distributing high-quality cheese products. Various types of cheese are carefully packaged and prepared daily for delivery to customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Within the company, quality, hygiene and collaboration are central, and you work in a dynamic production environment where food safety plays an important role. Function You are active in the whey department, where you pasteurize milk, add the correct ingredients and fill them into cloths for the production of fresh cheese; on weekdays you also work in the mixing department and help where needed in the whey department.
