About this role
- 40 uren per week - tussen €2800 en €3600 per maand Spread your skills - become the peanut butter pro behind every jar! As a Line Operator, you'll join a dynamic department equipped with multiple machines and over 30 colleagues working in a 3-shift system. You'll be involved in the entire production process - from start to finished products. Think: peanut butter in all kinds of varieties, made for a wide range of customers. If you have a technical mindset (or are eager to learn!)), you'll fit right in!
Your daily responsibilities as a production worker include:
- Operating and setting up the machines that produce our products
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues
- Performing basic maintenance on the machines
- Testing the final products for quality and consistency 3-shift system (06:00-14:15 and 14:00-22:15 and 22.00 - 6.15 Here's what we offer when you work as a Line Operator:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,600, depending on age and experience
- 3-shift allowance of 22%
- A thirteenth-month bonus and reimbursement of travel expenses
- 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of paid leave
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Access to the company gym with a personal trainer Requirements for working as an Line Operator:
- Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products)
- Basic understanding of English or Dutch
